Event Format & Regulations
The event will consist of six races, each awarding points to the top ten finishers. The race will take place at the Real Rubbish Racing Facility in Lapland, Finland.
Competitors will take part in 6 races. A superpole session will follow into 6 races of 5 laps each. Starting positions for Race 1 will be qualiying order (obviously), race 2 will have the top 8 reversed, race 3 and 5 will be the finishing positions of Race 2 and 4 respectively, Race 4 and 6 will have the top 8 reversed from race 3 and 5 respectively. If you disconnect you can come back in but only after race 2 or 4 (Due to how Race 07's connecting to servers work). The entire event will be run in dry conditions.
There are two rules:
- Driving the course in the reverse direction is prohibited.
- Cutting the middle section of the track is prohibited.
There are two further recommendations:
- Have a beer nearby.
- Race in cockpit view. it's far more fun when you can't see all around you.
All competitors will use the game's Volvo 850 Estate. This is to be painted in their team's custom livery complete with race number.

In true form to Crashmas spirit, the number of points available is stupidly vast. The driver with the most points after all six races will be the winner of the event. In the event of any tied scores, results countback will be used. If scores are still tied after countback, the driver with lowest combined race time over all five races will finish the the higher position. Event points will be awarded to the top eight positions in all races, regardless of whether all cars finish the race. One point will be deducted every time a driver apologises for an incident over voice chat.
After the failure of double points to capture the imagination of people in Formula 1, it has been decided that the final race shall have half points.
* 1 point penalty to Kroffie for apologising in race 4
